The name is a sentence out of Fernando Pessoa's The Book of Disquiet: j´ai mal à la tête et à l´univers. Pawlik and Dorfner read it as a line about too much arriving at once and none of it holding. It is the only literary thing about the label. Everything after it is cloth.

The clearest case is a pair of trackpants. Elastic waistband, a drawstring on the inside, two side pockets and one buttoned pocket at the back, and then a crease pressed down the front of each leg. The cloth is a cotton, wool, viscose and linen blend from Italy, green and white with the texture left visible.

The same logic runs through the rest. A baseball jacket in checked virgin wool, raglan sleeves, viscose lining. Coats cut oversized, one of them pure cashmere in olive. The fabric almost always comes from Italy, and the coats, jackets and trousers are sewn in Germany.

In the autumn of 2017 the lookbook went out with seahorse earrings, printed neck scarves and a fur tail on a keychain. The earrings and the scarves have gone. The tail is still there, faux fur, brown, on a silver carabiner clip. It keeps turning up in the lookbooks.
