Part A: Terms of Service (ToS)
1. Scope of Services
ledge is a discovery platform for independent brands. We allow you to discover new brands and gain access to exclusive "Insider Prices" or discount codes by answering feedback questions ("Quid-pro-quo") from founders. ledge is not the seller of the products; contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the respective brand in their own online store.
2. Eligibility & Minimum Age
Use of the App is permitted from the age of 16 years. By registering, you confirm that you have reached this minimum age.
3. Feedback & Insider Prices
- The Deal: You gain access to special conditions (Insider Prices) by providing honest answers to founder questions.
- No Legal Claim: There is no legal entitlement to the granting of a discount. Brands are solely responsible for the provision and redemption of codes.
- Fair Use: Abuse of the system (e.g., via bots or nonsensical answers) may lead to the suspension of your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
As ledge is only a discovery platform, we assume no liability for the brands' products or issues during the checkout process in the brand's store.
