“I joined Sil on his mission to make olive oil you can actually trust. The first time you taste it straight from a single grove, the supermarket bottle stops making sense.”
Olv Limits started when Sil Kreulen and Roos Roelofs got tired of supermarket olive oil that turned out old, blended across countries, and impossible to trace to a single field. From Amsterdam, the two built the opposite in 2024: each oil pressed from one grove and one harvest, every batch lab-tested, and the certificate published next to the bottle.
